His strategic approach to marketing helped Domino’s Pizza expand its presence and capture new market share in a competitive environment.

Before his role at Alamar Foods, Iyad served as Managing Director at TTP Creative Agency, where he played a key role in scaling the business during its startup phase. Under his leadership, the company grew from managing a single client to handling six major accounts, expanding its team from seven to 17 members. His focus on building the right company culture and processes was pivotal in the agency’s success, and his belief in “human growth” as a core value ensured that both the team and clients benefited from a positive, collaborative environment.
