A Consultant with Impact

Currently serving as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Maha has advised government entities, sovereign wealth funds, and NGOs on issues ranging from digital transformation to social impact. Her work spans private equity, technology, AI, and the public sector, driving initiatives that support economic diversification and inclusive development across the region.

She was also selected for BCG’s prestigious CEO Ambassador program, where she partners with senior global leadership on strategic priorities, proving her ability to contribute at the highest levels of decision-making.

Championing Youth & Social Innovation

Beyond consulting, Maha has dedicated herself to empowering others. She has impacted more than 2,000 youth through initiatives like Spark Social Innovation and BRIDGES, platforms she founded or led to foster leadership, creativity, and social responsibility.

As Curator of the Riyadh Global Shapers Hub under the World Economic Forum, she expanded the hub to 40 members, launched 50+ projects, and built 30+ partnerships with institutions such as Misk, Olayan, and Ensan. Her leadership even took her to the UNCCD COP16, where she chaired the first-ever Global Shaper–led roundtable.

A Cultural Ambassador on the Global Stage

Her voice has been heard on some of the world’s most influential stages — from the G20 Y20 Summit and UN ECOSOC, to TEDx, the Misk Global Forum, and the Saudi Green Initiative. With a passion for cultural diplomacy, she also co-led research alongside Dr. Thoraya Obaid, the first Saudi to head a UN agency, earning recognition under the patronage of HH Prince Faisal bin Farhan.

Recognized Excellence

Maha’s journey has already earned her global recognition. She is the only Saudi recipient of BCG’s “Key to Purpose” global award, honoring her dedication to empowering women, protecting children, and supporting NGOs worldwide. She also holds two Guinness World Records for national campaigns serving the visually impaired and deaf/mute communities.
