Lama graduated from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University with a degree in English Language and Translation in 2019. Starting her career with MEDGULF, Lama quickly transitioned into managerial roles, honing her expertise in client relations, which she would later apply to bridge connections in NEOM’s high-stakes environment.

Her success in navigating these critical relationships led to her promotion to Business Analyst in late 2022, where she played a key role in optimizing NEOM’s business functions and operational systems.
In her current role, Lama uses her Operations Management and Analytical Skills to drive NEOM’s mission forward.
